Materials
Training materials i.e. all the resources that would be made available
for each participant in a training program ranging from the course binders
to the other training aids are world class quality with no compromise on standards.
Pre-read Material
The pre-read
materials are made available to course participants promptly on
receipt of nominations well ahead of the proposed training date. The quality
(in terms of content, relevance, effectiveness and presentation) of
our pre-read
material is exceptional.
Class Mix
Class Size and mix in terms of participants profile are optimal in order to engender knowledge sharing,
challenging interactions and discussions. Capital Partners will not and
does not exceed the specified maximum class size for any course.
Course Delivery and
Application Plan
Course delivery can have different structures and approaches depending on the
target audience and course objectives. Most courses involve the use of
case guides, illustrations, practicals, visual learning aids to increase the
appreciation, understanding and retention of course content.
Facilities and
Logistics
Thorough logistics is carried out prior to any training program i.e. securing the venue, feeding arrangements, provision of training materials,
necessary correspondence etc.

conducts training programs only in facilities that meet our standard of excellence
for layout, cleanliness, location's noise level, available resources, services etc
in alignment with course objectives.
Registration &
Information
Upon registration, each participant receives a notice containing the
course details. Participants are also reminded at specific intervals prior
to the course date. Post session information packages are sent
to participants as required.
Training Evaluation
In order to facilitate a continuous improvement of our services, we obtain
the overall perception of participants on the quality of course contents,
facilitators, presentation of materials etc during the training program.
This is a significant input into our internal process review and
standards.
