Cyril, an alumnus of St. Gregory’s College, Lagos graduated from the University of Lagos with Honors in Economics in 1977 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983.

Between 1978 and 1986 he worked for Price  Waterhouse & Co. and D. O. Dafinone & Co. on Audit and Management Consulting work as well as Kramer Italo Limited as Financial Controller.


He joined Citibank Nigeria in 1987 as Head of Financial Control and Strategic Planning and later worked in the Capital Markets Group as Head of Treasury Marketing. In 1990 he became Vice President, heading three strategic business units namely World Corporations Group (Multinational Corporations), Financial Institutions and  Corporate  Finance.  He later resigned in 1994 to set up Capital Partners.

Taiwo is a Philosophy graduate of the University of Lagos. A winner of the University of Lagos Scholarship award, she started her professional career at UBA Trustees Ltd, where she was an  Officer in the Human Resources and Admin section. She joined Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in 1998 as an Analyst. She joined Capital Partners  in 2003 as a Senior Associate.

Taiwo has skills in Strategy Development, Financial Analysis, Process  Re-engineering, Business Plan Development, Project Management, Human Capital development and Technology Implementation (SAP). Her experience also covers projects in the following  industries; Financial Services (Banks & Insurance firms), Oil & Gas (Upstream), Telecommunications and Utilities. 

Taiwo has worked in Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, Warri (Nigeria) and Madrid (Spain). 

Taiwo volunteers for Junior Achievement of Nigeria (an NGO focused on helping  underprivileged Children and Youth develop business skills) as a facilitator during its yearly Venture in Management Programme for Nigerian Youth Corpers.

Taiwo  currently works with Financial Services and other clients in the areas of Strategy, Human Capital Management, Training and Enterprise Transformation. She currently Heads the Business Advisory Services Unit & HCM Unit of Capital Partners.

Adetunji graduated as the Best Student in the Estate Management department of the Obafemi Awolowo University. He also holds a Masters Degree in Development Finance majoring in Microfinance from the University of Manchester, UK.
 
He started his career with Ernst & Young, Lagos as a staff accountant, working in teams on audit engagements for manufacturing companies in Nigeria. Adetunji was one of the forty participants selected nationwide to participate in the Venture In Management Programme an initiative of Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN), Lagos Business School and Accenture (formerly Arthur Andersen Consulting). A member of AIESEC (An International Youth Exchange Organization that facilitates youth exchange across borders and actively promotes youth development). He has been an active Junior Achievement Volunteer for the past five years.
 
He is currently a Senior Associate in the Business Advisory Services Team at Capital Partners Limited and has developed skills in strategy, business process design, product development, recruitment and training.

Michelle is a first class honors graduate of Dramatic Arts from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. She began her career at InsightGrey Communications Nigeria, an affiliate of The Grey Global Group, a leading marketing communications organization where she garnered significant experience in account management and brand building. She worked in teams on such brands as Nigerian Breweries, Ribena, Globacom and Nestle Milo. Michelle was one of the forty participants selected nationwide to participate in the Venture In Management Programme an initiative of Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN), Lagos Business School and Accenture (formerly Arthur Andersen Consulting).
 
She is currently an Associate in the Business Advisory Team at Capital Partners Limited and has developed skills in business process design, effective team building, business analysis, product development, recruitment and training. She has participated and contributed to various training courses on Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, Effective Team Building and Diversity Management.
